Role Overview:

As a Sales Fellow at Launchpad Innovation Campus, we welcome candidates who are relatively new or have limited exposure in the co-working or real estate business development space. Your primary responsibility will be to learn and grow within our ecosystem while driving sales of our co-working and event spaces. You'll engage with startups, entrepreneurs, and organizations to promote and sell memberships, access to resources, and event participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Learning Curve: Engage in a comprehensive learning and development program to understand the dynamics of selling co-working and event spaces within the startup ecosystem.
  • Space Sales Exploration: Actively participate in marketing and selling co-working and event spaces to startups, entrepreneurs, and organizations seeking conducive environments for collaboration and growth.
  • Events Promotion Assistance: Support event space sales by assisting in promoting our venues to event organizers within Nairobi's entrepreneurial community.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Develop relationships with potential partners, investors, and sponsors to gain exposure and contribute to our ecosystem's growth.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to contribute fresh perspectives and assist in executing sales strategies effectively.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales with limited or entry-level experience in events, real estate, or co-working spaces.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Good networking skills and a knack for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing to the startup ecosystem.
